Will brings more than 20 years of international entrepreneurship experience in Information Technology (IT). Will began by founding INTeNT at the age of 23, a Knowledge Management firm in South America in 1993. By 1999, Will had grown the business to three regional offices. That same year, the firm was acquired by an American B2B firm, which Will joined as VP for Emerging Markets, where he successfully launched a partner program covering the Americas. Will moved on in 2003 to found TidWiT whose mission is to provide innovative content and empower learning to organizations all over the world.
His work has taken him to five continents launching learning initiatives and training programs and deploying TidWiT platforms that are helping establish organizational learning communities worldwide. Will holds a Masters in Public Administration & International Development from Harvard and an MBA from George Mason University.
Tony brings to TidWiT over 15 years of experience in high-end mission critical platform development in the knowledge management and e-commerce areas. Tony's experience extends from building PC applications all the way to cloud-based mission critical applications. Tony began his career at INTeNT, a knowledge management company, developing process automation and business critical applications. Later, Tony joined CyBiz, a B2B e-commerce company to develop a B2B e-commerce Internet marketplace application with a workflow engine. Tony's work at TidWiT has been instrumental in the development of robust cloud platform providing high availability and scale. Tony holds a Masters in Computer Science from LU.
Jack has worked in the mobile communications and IT industries for over 20 years and brings considerable global business development and account management experience to TidWiT. Prior, he worked for Vodafone UK and Vodafone Global in a number of roles, in particular managing the Accenture, BT and Sony global relationships and then moved to Nokia where he led the B2B device and services team selling in to Vodafone Group. He then spent 2 years in Avaya, heading up the global contact center engagement with Vodafone and more recently has been driving Microsoft’s enterprise cloud services through Vodafone OpCos and Partner Markets worldwide.
Juan has been an ECM professional with more than 20 years designing and implementing Content and BPM solutions in the Latinamerican Market. He has served medium and large enterprises in industries such us financial, insurance, oil & gas, telcos, energy, and government. Juan is a Computer Engineering graduate from the University of EAFIT.
Based in Seattle on the West coast of the United States, Randy specializes in bringing the right people together to formulate long lasting business relationships. He does this by understanding clients' needs upfront to and customizing marketing solutions which map directly to overall and specific objectives. Randy has been servicing different Microsoft BG's for more than 20 years. He carries a business degree from Western Washington University.
TJ heads marketing having successfully developed and executed ROI-driven marketing strategies for 500+ businesses in nearly every industry and vertical. He has spent years developing simple but comprehensive digital marketing frameworks designed to turn marketing investments into revenue. TJ is a graduate of the King’s College.
Weimar has been an associate of TidWiT for more than 5 years with thorough experience in Microsoft technologies, solutions, and strategies. Weimar's IT experience spans more than 15 years in both sales and technical aspects having served industries including financial, manufacturing, and government. . Weimar's work at TidWiT has been leading the functionality and product side of the platform to deliver an easy and intuitive user experience. In parallel, Weimar has successfully consulted with and trained partners and internal staff at companies the likes of Microsoft in Mexico, Brazil, Andean, CCCA, Argentina, and South Cone. Weimar has an Engineering Degree in Information Technology from Universidad Uniciencia and a Management Specialization Degree from Universidad CEIPA.
Sam brings to TidWiT a great mix of technology operation. Having worked in several IT sub-industries for over 10 years, Sam understands the operational needs of a platform. Sam's career includes work in ERP implementation and training in large companies, operational design and control, as well as customer support for different sectors including, high-tech, non-profits, retail, and government. Sam's work a TidWiT involves liaising with clients for support and customer service. Sam works closely with the product team to make sure the platform meets customer needs. Sam holds an Associate degree from NVCC.
Based in our EMEA offices in Munich, Germany, Theresia brings more than 12 years of experience servicing large clients. Theresia has successfully managed Microsoft accounts for several years. She currently leads a team that has developed content, online tutorials, presentations, advertisements, localization, training, among other services. Theresia has a Master's degree in Communications from Ludwig-Maximilians Universitat in Munich and Language degrees from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain and Otto-Friedrich-Universitat in Bamberg, Germany.

Juan Carlos has ample experience in customer service and operations management. He specializes in customizing services to meet the customer’s needs. Before joining Tidwit, he worked for over 20 years in P&G. Juan Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Santo Tomas de Aquino. During his free time, he enjoys playing tennis. He has two daughters and owns 3 dogs.
Before joining Tidwit, Vicky worked for over 20 years in an IBM partner as an ECM (Enterprise Content Management) architect, implementing solutions for companies in the energy, finance, and security sectors. Vicky has a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering and has a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). During her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her son.
Karim oversees the content team at Tidwit, ensuring that there is a large, up-to-date selection of content for both users and customers. He is currently a student at Harvard University. During his free time, he enjoys playing soccer.
