TIDWIT Platform 2.0 is Here!

The TIDWIT next generation platform offers a completely new interface with improved speed, usability, and mobile device compatibility while introducing a number of fit-for-purpose “Ecosystem Apps”.

Redesigned Platform Interface and Navigation

Our new user interface is built using the latest “single-page application” technology which drastically reduces page loading time and makes it blazing fast to manage and navigate TIDWIT ecosystem content. The user interface has also been simplified for both admins and end-users, making it easier to use. With the introduction of a new left bar, and a collapsible content navigation bar, users can seamlessly navigate multi-vendor content libraries and quickly access TIDWIT ecosystem apps.

The TIDWIT 2.0 platform has also been optimized for mobile devices, making it easy to use on phones, tablets, and other portable devices. Users can navigate, browse, and discover content on a new home page, which has undergone a major facelift featuring the ability to view “Most Popular”, “Top Rated”, and “Most Recent” content while choosing between a “Grid” view and a “List” view mode. The TIDWIT platform also introduces a new search bar at the top of the page to more easily search for specific content, using ad-hoc keywords and filters.

A myriad of powerful new “Ecosystem Apps” also makes it easier and faster than ever before for customers to scale enablement efforts across their global partner ecosystem. Let’s take a closer look:

Ecosystem App: Learning

CHALLENGE
Global technology vendors often struggle to enable and train their partner ecosystem at scale, since traditional “partner portals” are difficult for partners’ employees to access as they usually do not support SSO nor integrate with the partners’ back-end systems. This not only makes it hard for those technology vendors to reach the desired target audience with learning content but also for partners to track their users and learning activities. Furthermore, the time between when a product is launched on the market and when partners are fully trained can take between 18 and 24 months on average, which is far too long for organizations looking to stay ahead of the competition.

SOLUTION
TIDWIT provides a single network for global technology vendors to reach their partners and support enablement activities through online events, learning campaigns, custom learning paths and knowledge assessments, self-paced courses and labs, and more. On the TIDWIT network, technology vendors only have to add and publish their learning activities once and TIDWIT will distribute them directly into their partners’ systems – be it their own TIDWIT instances or their existing LMS or HR systems.

BENEFITS
The TIDWIT Ecosystem Network makes it so that only one point of connection / integration is required for all organizations. No longer do technology vendors have to connect individually to each partner, or partners have to send their users to dozens of different learning portals to access content. With TIDWIT, technology vendors only need to upload their content once to reach their entire partner ecosystem, and partners only need to establish one connection with TIDWIT, which can be done quickly through SSO and APIs. There are many compelling benefits, including:

  • Partners’ employees can seamlessly discover and access all sort of learning content within their existing environment and using their regular corporate credentials (SSO)
  • Content from multiple vendors can be discovered and accessed within the same environment, with a consistent user experience
Partners have the flexibility to create multi-vendor curriculums, combining courses, videos, webinars, labs and more into custom, comprehensive, and relevant learning paths
  • Partners and Technology Vendors can consistently track and report users’ engagement across all the learning activities (campaigns, learning paths, courses, assessments etc.), including at employee-level
  • By design, the TIDWIT architecture protects partners’ employee “Personally identifiable information” (PII) – and only reports aggregated and anonymized consumption data back to the vendor

Ecosystem App: Voucher Management

CHALLENGE
Most global technology vendors struggle with the distribution of practice test and/or exam vouchers – a common industry practice to incentivize partners to get their employees certified on the latest technology stack. Indeed, checking employees’ eligibility and managing vouchers from assignment to redemption is often manual, slow, unsecured, and costly; and it doesn’t provide the necessary traceability & control. These challenges are amplified when vendors have to distribute tens of thousands vouchers to their partner ecosystem each year.

SOLUTION
The TIDWIT Ecosystem Voucher Management app empowers organizations to distribute and manage vouchers dynamically and at scale to their own employees, as well as outside to authorized partners within their ecosystem. Voucher assignment workflows can be built in combination with target learning campaigns and comprehensive knowledge assessments to create scalable upskilling and certification programs. The voucher management app also provides ecosystem-wide metrics as well as powerful analytics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of every campaign.

BENEFITS
Organizations will save time, effort and money through automation, intelligent workflows, and deep insight from the TIDWIT Voucher Management App. Specific benefits include:

E2E Automation:

  • Partners / Vendors can automate voucher codes distribution & tracking end-to-end AND at scale (as opposed to today’s manual process), saving a huge amount of time and resources that they can spend on managing and developing the partnership.

Security & Compliance:

  • Voucher codes are uploaded directly by the Vendor on their TIDWIT Ecosystem instance and stored encrypted (so only the voucher recipients can actually see the code). No longer are there Excel files with 10,000 plain text vouchers floating around or circulating over email!
  • Vendors keep full control over which voucher codes get allocated to which partner and when the redemption period starts and expires.
  • PII data does not need to be relinquished by vendors. Only the voucher codes’ redemption status (Unused/Redeemed/Passed/Failed) is required to enable end-to-end tracking & visibility…
  • Partners keep full control on voucher codes distribution by defining specific eligibility conditions and approval workflows.
  • Exam Pass/Fail results associated with voucher codes are matched at vendor-level and automatically passed down to the partner, without the need to share unsecured spreadsheets.
  • Only SSO users with corporate credentials and appropriate permissions can access Voucher Management & ReportingReal-Time Insights:
  • With real-time visibility into voucher assignment metrics across partners, the vendor can quickly & effortlessly see and compare how partners are performing.
  • The Voucher Campaign functionality also gives the ability to reconcile vendor certification exam results with TIDWIT partner (PII-protected) engagement metrics, so the vendor knows precisely which campaign(s) and learning materials drove the highest certification rate(s)…
  • Partners can fully track & report the efficacy of their voucher campaigns end-to-end with an unprecedented level of details.
  • With one system of record and in real-time, partners have full visibility into each voucher status (assigned/redeemed) and user-level details (username, email, redemption status, learning activities…) so they can reallocate un-used vouchers for maximum impact!Customization
  • Partners can customize voucher assignment emails to include specific conditions and instructions they deem important to help boost voucher redemption rates and comply with vendor terms.GTM Velocity:
  • As soon as they’ve uploaded a batch of voucher codes on TIDWIT, Vendors can start distributing them to target ecosystem partner(s) across the TIDWIT Network.
  • Recipient TIDWIT partner instances can launch new Learning Campaigns using Vendors’ Voucher Sets with no delay, allowing for immediate voucher assignment!

Ecosystem App: Campaigns

CHALLENGE
Campaigns across B2B ecosystems are often more complex than typical B2C campaigns as they are multi-tier, requiring specific workflows and approvals by different organizations as well as strict management of user PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Organizations need ecosystem-wide automation and insight.

SOLUTION
The TIDWIT Campaigns App provides global technology vendors with an easy and seamless way to launch ecosystem-wide campaigns to and through partner organizations who can deploy them to their own communities. Whether these are marketing, learning, assessment, or voucher campaigns, TIDWIT can help create and automate the process, secure the campaign audience and data flows, while providing ecosystem-wide analytics and metrics that meet the requirements and constraints of the different organizations involved in the campaign.

In particular, “Learning Campaigns” on the TIDWIT ecosystem network provide an ecosystem instance the ability to distribute and track the consumption of new learning material. Learning Campaign managers could assemble, assign, and launch custom learning curriculums from their ecosystem instance to specific groups or learners within their organization in a matter of minutes. Campaign managers can then track campaign activity by getting real time visibility into detailed metrics, such as campaign opens, clicks, enrollments, and completions.

BENEFITS
The TIDWIT Campaigns App is easy to set up, launch, monitor, and measure, across every tier in the ecosystem. These features mean consistent messaging, quicker time-to-market, and a larger footprint for an increased ROI.

For example, “Learning Campaigns” offer multiple benefits:

  • Any user can be granted permission to manage one or multiple “Learning Campaigns”. This is a great way to empower area or division managers or other organizational leaders to create and launch custom learning curriculums that fit their teams’ needs, with complete visibility into the Campaign results at the organizational level.
  • By definition, Learning Campaigns will allow Campaign managers to send highly relevant and targeted emails, which would result in high engagement rates.
  • Learning Campaign recipients and engagement metrics are fully protected by the ecosystem instance. No one inside nor outside of the organization will have access to the data, except the Campaign Manager(s) and the ecosystem instance Admin(s).
  • Each Campaign runs independently, and can be fully set-up, managed and reported without needing access to core instance functionalities, content and/or reporting…
  • Campaigns will soon be “syndicatable”, so that Campaigns created upstream by a technology vendor could be provisioned instantly and seamlessly to downstream ecosystem partners who are authorized to receive the Campaign. Syndicated Campaigns will make it easier and quicker than ever before to distribute and measure the effectiveness of Campaigns throughout the ecosystem while providing full PII protection as well as content curation capabilities.

Ecosystem App: Knowledge Assessments

CHALLENGE
Assessments, surveys, exams, and other forms of knowledge checks are crucial to any enablement initiative. However, current assessment solutions are often siloed, making it difficult to integrate with other systems to create fully automated, data-driven enablement workflows.

SOLUTION
The TIDWIT Assessment App lets organizations import and create exams, quizzes, knowledge checks, and surveys for their users. These assessments can be developed from scratch or quickly created using existing sets of questions. Vendors can now also create and share assessments with their partners, allowing for large scale enablement initiatives. The assessment responses and/or results can be used to trigger specific actions like “bucketing” users, sending notifications, assigning ad-hoc learning curriculums, distributing voucher codes, etc. Furthermore, “standard” and “custom” assessment reports can be accessed and built in minutes to gather real-time insights and feedback.

BENEFITS
TIDWIT assessments can be used to gate, reinforce, and focus global upskilling and certification initiatives, with unprecedented level of integration, flexibility, and control. Additional benefits include:
• Ability to create various types of assessments: quizzes, knowledge checks, exams, surveys etc.
• Admins can build an assessment from scratch or quickly import an existing set of questions
• Multiple options are available for greater flexibility: submission type (question by question versus all at once), user feedback & corrections, time-limit, randomized questions & answers, summary & grading etc.
• Full integration with other TIDWIT apps (Learning, Campaigns, Voucher Management…), making it possible to trigger specific actions based on assessment feedback / results.

Ecosystem App: Dashboards & Reporting

TIDWIT Ecosystem Reports provide organizations with real-time engagement metrics and reports across employees and partners. HR and Global Learning can use them, in combination with existing internal reports, to track and measure progress at an individual level. Global Alliance teams can also use them to track how efficient their partner enablement campaigns are and adjust their GTM according to how each partner is performing, relative to other partners from within the same segment.

Here are some of the cutting-edge features that make TIDWIT Ecosystem Reports one of the most comprehensive options on the market:

  • Ecosystem Map: The ecosystem network map makes it easy to include or exclude one or multiple partners from the underlying dashboards and reports. This tool allows Technology Vendors to quickly aggregate and report consumption metrics across their partner network.
  • Detailed partner and user data: Detailed user-level and partner-level data are available instantaneously in the reports. This data allows Admins to dive deep on engagement metrics for specific segment(s), partner(s), content type(s), user group(s), and users.
  • Better navigation, interactivity, and design: TIDWIT’s reporting was built with the user in mind. The reports are easy to use and navigate, and users can effortlessly cross from one report into another without losing their applied filters or selections. Furthermore, most graphs and charts are interactive and can be clicked for additional details.
  • Security & privacy: organizations with large communities of users might not give access to each other’s systems for a variety of reasons, including concerns over security, privacy and technology. The TIDWIT Cloud Ecosystems Network serves as a bridge between different organizations while assuring privacy and security in providing seamless data interconnectivity. TIDWIT offers a friendly UX (or APIs from their systems) that empower partner organizations to access critical data simultaneously, in real-time, within the agreed-to parameters (with PII or without).
  • Advanced Reporting, Predictions, and AI: TIDWIT reports use AI to provide advanced predictions that allow organizations to gain insight into their own data as well as their industry segment’s data (anonymized). These reports can keep them ahead of the curve by allowing for the discovery of impactful trends ahead of time.

With a powerful new, easier to use interface and a wide range of Ecosystem Apps that help save money and time, the new TIDWIT Platform 2.0 will continue delivering new levels of cross-organization effectiveness through the power of a unique Ecosystem Network.
