Click on the Manage Vouchers Approvals and you will be directed to the Voucher Reports<\/strong> main page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will see three filters to search for Voucher Sets Reports. Select the Publisher, <\/strong>the Voucher Set <\/strong>and the Date Range<\/strong> for which you want to filter the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you filter a Voucher Set, you will see its graphic below. But if you do not filter anything, you will see a general graphic of all the voucher sets with aggregated data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The graphic consists of five items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Total: <\/strong>Shows the total number of vouchers that match the selected filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assigned: <\/strong>Shows the total number of vouchers assigned and their percentage of the total, as well as the percentage of unassigned vouchers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Redeemed: <\/strong>Shows the total number of redeemed vouchers and the redemption rate percentage (only available if you have uploaded a voucher redemption report with exam pass\/fail details; refer to \u201cUpload Results\u201d section of this guide).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Passed: <\/strong>Shows the total number of users that obtained a voucher and passed as a percentage of total users. Also shows the pass rate among users that attempted the exam (only available if you have uploaded a voucher redemption report with exam pass\/fail details; refer to \u201cUpload Results\u201d section of this guide).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Failed: <\/strong>Shows the total number of users that obtained a voucher and failed as a percentage of total users. Also shows the fail rate among users that attempted the exam (only available if you have uploaded a voucher redemption report with exam pass\/fail details; refer to \u201cUpload Results\u201d section of this guide).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Note: <\/strong>Remember that the Redeemed <\/strong>status applies only when a user redeemed a voucher but has not yet taken the exam or did not show up for the exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you scroll down beyond the graphic, you will see a search bar for finding specific voucher codes on the previously selected voucher set or in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Advanced Search<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You can search for a specific voucher code, user email, or filter by country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The voucher code you searched (or all voucher codes) will appear on the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Voucher # <\/strong>shows the voucher code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Full Name <\/strong>shows the user\u2019s name when the voucher is assigned, otherwise it will show no information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Email <\/strong>shows the user\u2019s email address when the voucher is assigned, otherwise it will show no information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Country <\/strong>shows the user\u2019s country when the voucher is assigned, otherwise it will show no information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status <\/strong>shows if the voucher has been Assigned,<\/strong> Unassigned <\/strong>or Redeemed <\/strong>and if the user Passed <\/strong>or Failed <\/strong>the exam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
