Role:<\/strong> Administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective:<\/strong> Review campaign-level voucher metrics, inspect individual voucher records, filter results, and export campaign details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the Voucher Campaign Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From Voucher Campaigns, open the three-dots menu for the campaign you want to review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click View Report to open the Voucher Campaign Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dashboard displays the most recent refresh date at the top of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select a Voucher Campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Use the campaign dropdown in the upper-right area of the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the Voucher Campaign whose metrics you want to review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dashboard refreshes the metric cards and funnel for the selected campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Understand the Dashboard Metrics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Review the summary cards to understand the current state of voucher inventory and usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Total Vouchers: Total voucher codes included in the selected campaign. The card also shows the number of contributing Voucher Sets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assigned: Number of voucher codes assigned to users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Claimed: Number of voucher codes claimed by users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Redeemed: Number of voucher codes recorded as redeemed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Exam Taken: Number of voucher records with an exam attempt recorded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Remaining: Number of voucher codes still available within the campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Percentage values shown on the cards are calculated against Total Vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Funnel Visualization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Use the funnel to compare the progression of voucher records across the main campaign stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each stage displays both the record count and its percentage of Total Vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The funnel provides a quick visual indication of where voucher activity decreases between assignment, claim, redemption, and exam activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Open Voucher Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Click Details in the lower-right corner of the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Details window opens with the voucher-level records associated with the selected campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Search and Filter Voucher Records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Use the controls on the left side of the Details window to narrow the voucher list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Search: Enter a voucher code, email address, or other supported value, then click Search.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status: Select a status to limit the displayed voucher records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clear: Remove the active filter and return to the complete list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The interface displays the number of records found after filters are applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Review Voucher-Level Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Use the Details table to review individual voucher records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Voucher Code: The voucher code associated with the campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Expiration Date: The date the voucher code expires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Email: The email address associated with the voucher assignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Status: The current voucher state, such as Claimed, Passed, or Redeemed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Assigned Date: The date and time the voucher was assigned to the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        7. Export Dashboard Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Open the three-dots menu in the upper-right corner of the Details window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Select Export To Excel or Export To CSV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Use the exported file for offline analysis, reconciliation, or operational reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Tip:<\/strong> Apply the required search or status filter before exporting when you need a narrower data set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Metric Interpretation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Use the dashboard summary for campaign-level monitoring and the Details window for voucher-level validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A voucher can appear in a downstream status such as Redeemed or Passed while remaining part of the total assigned population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Use the Last Refresh Date to confirm how current the dashboard information is before making operational decisions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
