To navigate to the Campaign Dashboard of a specific campaign from the Manage Campaigns page, click on the \u201cthree dots\u201d <\/strong>button of the campaign whose dashboard you want to see and select Campaign Dashboard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you are in the Dashboard, you will see a panel and a graphic with different metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These statistics are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • The total number of Selected Node(s)<\/strong> to which the campaign was sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Approvals<\/strong> of the current Campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Target Users <\/strong>of the campaign which represents 100% of the audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Emails Sent <\/strong>to the users and the percentage it represents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Emails Opened <\/strong>and the percentage it represents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Campaigns Clicked <\/strong>by the users and the percentage it represents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Assignments Started<\/strong> by the selected users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The total number of Assignments Completed<\/strong> by the selected users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Below the graphic you will see the Details <\/strong>section where you can use filters like Date Range, Status, Asset Type (Content Items, Learning Paths, Bundles) <\/strong>to find specific information from the current campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use the Refresh <\/strong>button to update the table information according to the date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On the top right side, next to the Refresh <\/strong>button, you will find a small menu <\/strong>to export the information to Excel <\/strong>or CSV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
