Sign-in to your TIDWIT Ecosystem <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On the upper left corner click on the Menu button. The left-hand side panel will display, and you will see icons corresponding to the different apps and workloads available on TIDWIT. The first three icons correspond to the Users section which is explained in the User Manual. The remaining icons are only visible with an administrator profile. If you can\u2019t see them and you are an administrator, ask your TIDWIT portal administrator to give you the required permissions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

User Groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To go to the User groups app, place the mouse pointer over the Users icon. Two new tabs will appear, each with different user management functionalities. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Manage User Groups tab and you will be directed to the User Groups window. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this window, you will see a search bar and a list of all the User Groups that have been created on your node. The User Groups list will show: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • User Group Name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If the User Group is Active or not. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Last Modified By shows the name of the person who modified the User Group most recently. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Last Modified Date shows the most recent date when the User Group was modified. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the \u201cthree dots\u201d button to the right of each row on the table to see two more options: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on\u00a0Edit\u00a0<\/strong>to modify the\u00a0selected\u00a0User Group.\u00a0Go to\u00a0Steps 2 and 3 of the\u00a0Creating a New User Group\u00a0section to\u00a0see the modifications you can\u00a0make on a User Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on\u00a0Deactivate\u00a0<\/strong>if the User Group is activated and you want to\u00a0disable it, or click on\u00a0Activate\u00a0<\/strong>if the User Group is\u00a0deactivated and you want to enable it.\u00a0In both cases,\u00a0a confirmation message will show up, click on\u00a0OK\u00a0and the change will be applied.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on Deactivate Group Users<\/strong> it allows you to temporary disable the access or permissions of the members of the group. A confirmation message will show up, click on\u00a0OK\u00a0and the change will be applied.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
