Workspace: Open<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Allows you to explore and navigate the workspace, once you have clicked on it, you can feed your workspace with different types of content through the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Add Folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Upload File<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Upload Folder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Add Folder<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    On the upper right corner of the screen place the mouse over the [ + ] plus icon, then click on the Add Folder<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A new window will appear in which you have to set the folder name and then click the Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the Close <\/strong>button and the folder will be created right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Upload File<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            Once you have uploaded the file set the name, publish date, language and publisher, then click the Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Upload Folder<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                On the upper right corner of the screen place the mouse over the [ + ] plus icon, then click on the Upload Folder<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Click the three-dots to access more folder options: Edit<\/strong>, Delete<\/strong>, Move<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Workspace Edit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                You can modify the information you have added to your workspace, such as Name<\/strong>, Access Level<\/strong>, Description<\/strong> and Thumbnail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Click the Save<\/strong> button and close the wizard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Workspace: Enable\/Disable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                You can manage your workspace by enabling and disabling them according to your needs. Disabled workspace(s) are no longer accessible to node users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                To access the disabled workspaces, click the filter button next to the search and change the status to “Inactive<\/strong>“, then click on Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Follow the steps described above to toggle back to “Active” workspaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Manage Participants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                Select the Node(s) and\/or User(s) to which you want to grant access to the content available in your workspace. There are two sections, the first one allows you to add new participating Node(s) and\/or User(s), the second one shows the Node(s) and\/or User(s) that were previously added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Read\/Write: allows user to List<\/strong> \/ View<\/strong> \/ Download <\/strong>and Upload<\/strong> \/ Edit<\/strong> \/ Move<\/strong> \/ Delete <\/strong>content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  <\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  Manage Pending Request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  You can receive workspace Read<\/strong>\/Write <\/strong>access requests from existing users, and you will have the ability to approve or reject them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Manage Workspace Admins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  You can grant Administrator permissions to specific users. Enter the user email and click the Add<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Once you have done this, the user will be added to the list immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Workspace Activity Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  To go to the reports page of a specific workspace, click on the three dots <\/strong>option and select Activity Report.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  In the upper left side, you can access the nodes and the different workspaces quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Active Node<\/strong>(s<\/strong>): Number of nodes actively using the workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Active Participants<\/strong>: Number of users actively accessing the workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Workspace Opens<\/strong>: Number of times the workspace was opened by users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • File Uploads<\/strong>: Number of files uploaded to the workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • File Previews<\/strong>: Number of file previewed from the workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • File Downloads<\/strong>: Number of files downloaded from the workspace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    The graph will change according to the metrics you define.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Workspace Details<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                    Below the graphic you will see the View<\/strong> Details <\/strong>button where you can find detailed workspace activities by user<\/strong>, including workspace opens, folder creations, file uploads\/updates\/downloads etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
