Go to the Events And Webinars <\/strong>main page. You will see the list of events you have created to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the main page you will see a table with the following columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Event Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Event Start Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Event End Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Event Status<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Created By<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    You will find different options on the three dots, click there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At the three dots you have available different options, you can Edit<\/strong> the information of a selected Event, Preview<\/strong>, Send<\/strong> Reminders<\/strong> and Invite(s)<\/strong> to all users, and check out the Activity Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Click on Edit<\/strong> to edit the information of the selected Event. A new pop up will be displayed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Preview<\/strong> to access a quick view of the content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Reminders Settings<\/strong> to schedule or request reminders about events. By clicking this button, users can set up alerts that will remind them of the specified information later. Users can add reminders as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Send Invite(s) <\/strong>to send e-mail notifications to other users, inviting them to participate in a specific event<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Activity Report<\/strong> to go to the selected event dashboard and view event data and statistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Archived Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you want to see all your archived events, from the Events And Webinars <\/strong>main page click on the  menu icon next to the plus [ +<\/strong> ] button. Then click on View Archived <\/strong>and you will be directed to the Archived Events Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You will see the status of the events changed to Archived.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To return to the Events And Webinars <\/strong>main page, click on the menu icon and then click on View Active.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Events Filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To improve navigation and help administrators efficiently locate specific content within the Events & Webinars module, a new Advanced Filtering Sidebar<\/strong> has been implemented. This feature allows users to apply granular criteria to the event list view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Date Range<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Locate specific events based on their chronological scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • From:<\/strong> Select the start date of the search period using the calendar picker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To:<\/strong> Select the end date of the search period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Note:<\/strong> Leaving these fields blank will display events from all dates.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Publisher<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Filter the list based on the entity responsible for the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Use the Publisher<\/strong> dropdown menu to select a specific content provider or organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Select “All”<\/strong> to view events from every publisher in the ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          <\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Refine the list based on the current lifecycle stage of the event. You may select multiple checkboxes simultaneously to create a composite view:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Published:<\/strong> Events currently live and visible to users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Unpublished:<\/strong> Events created but not yet visible to the public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Expired:<\/strong> Past events that have exceeded their scheduled end time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Scheduled For Publishing:<\/strong> Events set to go live automatically at a future date\/time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Archived:<\/strong> Events manually moved to the archive for record-keeping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Language<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Isolate events based on the primary language of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Use the Language<\/strong> dropdown to select the specific target language (e.g., English, Spanish, French).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Event Type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Categorize results by the format of the session. Select the applicable checkboxes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Online Event:<\/strong> General virtual meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Webinar:<\/strong> Structured presentations or seminar-style broadcasts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
