Note<\/strong>: skilling campaigns are only available to customers using the Skilling, Badging & Certification application. It allows them to automatically assign & track curated learning curriculums based on selected skill(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on [+<\/strong>] plus button on the upper right corner of the screen then click on Create New Campaign<\/strong>. A modal will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill in the required information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Campaign Type: <\/strong>Choose Skilling <\/strong>from the drop-down menu.(This option allows you to send a learning campaign to a group of users). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Write the name you want to give the campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Write a description for the campaign (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Launch Date, <\/strong>to define when the emails will start being sent out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Close Date <\/strong>when the system will stop tracking the campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Campaign Access Options<\/strong> according to your needs.
    Open<\/strong>: Any user with the link can access and enroll the campaign.
    Restricted<\/strong>: Only target users can access and enroll the campaign (via email or under my activities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    After clicking on the Save <\/strong>button three new tabs will appear Skills<\/strong>, Audience<\/strong> and Email.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Skills Tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the Skills <\/strong>tab, it allows you to add required skills to your Campaign. Each selected skill will be automatically associated with the relevant learning curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: the list of skills and the associated learning assets can be created & edited separately under the Skilling, Badging, and Certification application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the drop-down menu and select the required skills for this campaign. Once a skill is added you can remove it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the Next<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Audience Tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In this tab you can define the different conditions, users or groups of users that will be able to access the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Started learning path<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Started content item<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Completed content item<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Passed assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Failed assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Submitted form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Submitted survey<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Registered event<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Non-engaged users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Registration field value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      In this section you can also define which users can access the campaign, either all or specific users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After selecting the condition and eligible users, click on save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Enable campaign to be accessed by all users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Based on User(s) or Group(s)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      In this section you can define the user(s) or group(s) that will be able to access the current campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In case you need to delete an existing group, click on the [x] button and it will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Upload File<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Click on the + Add Users <\/strong>button and then click on Upload File, a new pop-up will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Click on Download Import Template <\/strong>to download an excel file and fill it in with the user emails<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Browse and select the Excel spreadsheet containing the user groups to upload. Only users who have an existing account on TIDWIT will be mapped to the corresponding group(s). Other users will be rejected and need to be created under Manage Users first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After you finish completing the list of user emails on the document, click on Browse, <\/strong>select your file, then click on the Upload <\/strong>button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A confirmation message will show up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Close that window and you will see the recently added user emails on the list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      On the list you will see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Full Name <\/strong>of the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The user\u2019s Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The status <\/strong>of the email sent to the user. (Statuses: Not Sent, Email Sent, Email Opened, Campaign Clicked, Assignment Completed, Enrolled and Unsubscribed). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Click on the \u201cthree dots<\/strong>\u201d button to show two more options: Delete<\/strong> and Unsubscribe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Click on Delete <\/strong>to remove an email from the list or click on Unsubscribe <\/strong>to stop sending emails to a selected user while keeping them on the mailing list.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Note<\/strong>: Neither of these actions can be reverted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Email Tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        In the drop-down menus select the templates for the Launch <\/strong>email and for the Reminder <\/strong>email. Then click on Save. <\/strong>Email templates can be created and edited separately using the \u201cEmail Templates\u201d <\/strong>application (refer to the corresponding user guide).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Send test email<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        To test your learning campaign before launching. return to the Set-Up <\/strong>tab and on the lower right corner click on the Send Test Email <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Type the email address where you want to send the Test Email and click on Submit.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Click the Launch button and confirm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
