The Ecosystem Announcements module allows administrators to create, design, and deploy targeted pop-up announcements to specific partner organizations (nodes) within the ecosystem. This feature is ideal for communicating important updates, promotions, or calls-to-action in a highly visible format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access this feature, an administrator must be logged into the TIDWIT platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • From the main administrative dashboard, locate the primary vertical navigation menu on the left side of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Announcements Dashboard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The main dashboard provides an overview of all the announcements created and is the starting point for creating new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Search Bar<\/strong>: Allows you to find specific announcements by name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    New Announcement Button<\/strong>: Opens the editor to create a new announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Announcements List<\/strong>: Displays all existing announcements with the following columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nombre<\/strong>: The internal name of the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Estado<\/strong>: The current state (e.g., Draft, Scheduled, Published).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fecha de Inicio<\/strong>: The date and time the announcement becomes visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fecha de Finalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: The date and time the announcement ceases to be visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Views<\/strong>: A count of how many times the announcement has been viewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Clicks<\/strong>: A count of how many times the call-to-action button within the announcement has been clicked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a New Announcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The creation process is divided into two main stages: configuring the details and designing the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Configure Announcement Details<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    This section defines the core parameters of the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. From the dashboard, click the + New Announcement<\/strong> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. You will be taken to the “New Announcement” screen, with the Details<\/strong> tab selected by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Fill in the following required fields:\n
        \n
      • Name:<\/strong> Enter a clear, descriptive name for internal reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Launch Date:<\/strong> Set the exact date and time for the announcement to go live.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • End Date:<\/strong> Set the date and time for the announcement to be automatically removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Target Nodes:<\/strong> Select one or more partner nodes from the dropdown menu that should receive this announcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Step 2: Design the Announcement (Builder)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        <\/div>\n\n\n\n

        This is where you create the visual content of the pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Configure the available properties as needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Click the Builder<\/strong> tab to open the design interface. The interface consists of a central canvas and a right-hand panel with Blocks<\/strong> e Properties<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. From the Blocks<\/strong> tab, drag the desired layout and drop it onto the main canvas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click on the newly added block within the canvas to select it. The right-hand panel will automatically switch to the Properties<\/strong> tab, allowing you to customize the content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Configure the available properties as needed:\n
            \n
          • Content:<\/strong> Set the Title, Subtitle, and Text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Appearance:<\/strong> Customize the Background Color, Title Color, Subtitle Color, and Text Color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Layout:<\/strong> Adjust the Image versus HTML Block Ratio slider to change the space allocation between the image and text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Action Button:<\/strong> Check this box to enable a call-to-action button. Configure its Button Text, Button Text Color, Button Background Color, and the destination Button URL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Image:<\/strong> Click “Select file\u201d to upload an image from your computer. For best results, use an image with dimensions of 780×520 pixels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Step 3: Save and Publish<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
            <\/div>\n\n\n\n

            Once the design is complete, you can save your progress or publish the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Save:<\/strong> Click this to save the announcement as a draft. You can return to edit it later. The status will be marked as DRAFT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Publish:<\/strong> Click this to finalize and schedule the announcement. Once clicked, the status will change to SCHEDULED FOR PUBLISHING.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Managing Existing Announcements<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              After creation, announcements can be monitored and managed from the main dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Status Tracking:<\/strong> The Status column will update automatically from Scheduled For Publishing to Published once the launch date and time have been reached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Editing:<\/strong> To modify an existing announcement, click the three-dot menu icon on the far right of the announcement’s row and select Editar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
