Through this interface, users can view, filter, and manage conversations handled by AI, manual agents, or moderated modes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To go to main page, place the mouse pointer over the <strong>Omnichannel Conversations <\/strong>icon, then click on the <strong>Manage Conversations<\/strong> option and you will be redirected inmediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing you will see is a list of <strong>All Unassigned Conversations <\/strong>created<strong> <\/strong>to date and some of completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending Conversations<\/strong> \u2013 Includes conversations awaiting action or follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All Conversations<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the complete list of all conversations within the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can also initiate a new outbound conversation by clicking the <strong>Initiate Conversation<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Through each conversation, users can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the full message history between the agent (AI or human) and the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign an agent, change conversation mode (<strong>AI<\/strong>, <strong>Manual<\/strong>, or <strong>Moderated<\/strong>), and adjust <strong>priority<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the conversation title, delete the conversation, or <strong>undock<\/strong> it for separate viewing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the submission options (<strong>Submit as New, Open, Pending, or Closed<\/strong>) to update the conversation\u2019s status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" title or topic of the conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact Name:<\/strong> The name of the user who initiated the conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assignee:<\/strong> The agent currently assigned to the conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Priority:<\/strong> Relevance level in relation to the topic of the conversation (Low, Normal, High)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last Message
