Accessing the Ecosystem AI Module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Ecosystem AI<\/strong> module is the workspace where administrators design, configure, and monitor the AI agents available in the node. To start working with it you must sign in to your TIDWIT ecosystem instance and then access the module from the left-hand side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-1-1-sign-in\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 Sign In<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open your node URL in the browser and enter your credentials in the <strong>Login<\/strong> dialog. Two options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>AI Agents &#8212; <\/strong>central workspace to create, configure and manage every AI agent of the node.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Reports &#8212; <\/strong>analytics dashboard with usage metrics for the AI agents of the node.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-2-ai-agents-main-page\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. AI Agents Main Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on <strong>AI Agents<\/strong> from the AI section to open the main listing of agents. An agent can be connected to one or several libraries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Status &#8212; <\/strong>lifecycle state of the agent (Active, Published, Unpublished, Scheduled for Publishing or Retired).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-2-2-advanced-search-bar\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Advanced Search Bar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The search bar at the top of the page allows keyword-based search across every relevant attribute of the agents (name, description, content, etc.). It avoids manual scrolling and helps administrators reach a specific agent quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-2-3-filters\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Filters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the <strong>Filters<\/strong> icon located on the left of the search field to open the filter panel. From there you can narrow the list by status. Available statuses are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Active<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Published<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Unpublished<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Scheduled for Publishing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Retired<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-3-managing-an-agent-row-actions-menu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Managing an Agent: Row Actions Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three-dots icon ( \u22ee ) on the right side of each row opens a contextual menu that gives quick access to the most common actions for a specific agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"360\" height=\"239\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16579\" style=\"width:268px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-3.png 360w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-3-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-3-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-1-edit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Edit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opens the agent configuration panel, where administrators can review and modify the agent&#8217;s settings: general information, context, connectors and prompt. Changes saved through this option are reflected immediately on the live agent (if it is published).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-2-chat\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Chat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opens a direct test interface to interact with the agent. This option is designed for administrators to run the tests required before publishing or after editing the configuration. If the agent has not been published or activated, the Chat option remains disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-3-delete\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Delete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Permanently removes the selected agent from the node. The action removes every associated configuration and <strong>cannot be undone<\/strong>. A confirmation message is displayed before proceeding, to prevent accidental deletion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-4-creating-a-new-agent\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Creating a New Agent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a new agent, click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button at the top right of the AI Agents page. A dropdown menu opens with two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"360\" height=\"197\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16581\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.827464433457774;width:243px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-4.png 360w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-4-300x164.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-4-18x10.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>+ Create New Agent &#8212; <\/strong>opens the agent creation wizard, where you define all its settings from scratch (Details, Connectors and Prompt tabs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Syndicate Agents &#8212; <\/strong>imports agents that have been syndicated by other nodes of the ecosystem, so the current node can offer them without rebuilding the configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selecting <strong>Create New Agent<\/strong> opens the creation wizard, organized in three tabs: <strong>Details<\/strong>, <strong>Connectors<\/strong> and <strong>Prompt<\/strong>. Each tab is described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-1-details-tab\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Details Tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Details tab defines the general identity of the agent: how it is named, when it is available, and the global parameters that control its behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"416\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16583\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-5.png 960w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-5-300x130.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-5-768x333.png 768w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-5-18x8.png 18w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-5-360x156.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-general-section\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Section<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Agent Name (required) &#8212; <\/strong>display name of the agent, shown in the listing and in the chat windows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Description &#8212; <\/strong>short text that specifies the purpose of the agent and helps administrators identify it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Publish Date (required) &#8212; <\/strong>date on which the agent becomes visible and active on the platform. Schedule it in advance to coordinate launches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Retirement Date &#8212; <\/strong>optional date on which the agent automatically stops being available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-options\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below the dates you will find three toggle options that adjust the global behavior of the agent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Allow Referral Links &#8212; <\/strong>lets the agent share direct links to related content to guide users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Powered by logo &#8212; <\/strong>controls the display of the &#8220;Powered by&#8221; branding inside the agent&#8217;s chat window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Syndicatable &#8212; <\/strong>allows partner nodes of the ecosystem to deploy this agent in their own portals, scaling its reach instantly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-level-of-creativity\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level of Creativity<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slider control that defines how flexible or selective the agent&#8217;s responses will be, ranging from 0 % (very deterministic) to 100 % (very creative). Adjust this value according to the type of interactions expected; conservative use cases (compliance, fact retrieval) work best with low values, while ideation or coaching use cases benefit from higher values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-picture\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Picture<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the right side of the Details tab use the <strong>Drag and Drop<\/strong> area or the <strong>Choose file<\/strong> button to upload an image that visually identifies the agent inside the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-2-connectors-tab\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Connectors Tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Connectors tab integrates the agent with content repositories, third-party tools and communication channels. Use the <strong>+ Add Connector<\/strong> button on the top right to add a new connector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"303\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16585\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-6.png 960w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-6-300x95.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-6-768x242.png 768w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-6-18x6.png 18w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-6-360x114.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The table lists every connector currently attached to the agent, with three columns: <strong>Connector Name<\/strong>, <strong>Details<\/strong> and <strong>Action<\/strong> (three-dots menu to edit or remove the connector). The most common connectors are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Content Libraries &#8212; <\/strong>feed the agent with knowledge from one or several libraries published in the node&#8217;s ECM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Ask AI Chat Bot (Node-Level) &#8212; <\/strong>exposes the agent to users through the &#8220;Ask AI&#8221; chat modal available from the top bar and from selected libraries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>WhatsApp &#8212; <\/strong>enables the agent to interact with users on WhatsApp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Instagram &#8212; <\/strong>enables the agent to interact with users on Instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Web &#8212; <\/strong>enables the agent to interact with users on your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond the channels above, the Add Connector dialog also exposes additional capabilities such as updating the status, mode or priority of conversations, sending emails, running interactive surveys through chat channels, and submitting survey answers collected by the AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, libraries created in the ECM can be added as connectors (refer to the ECM documentation for details). <strong>Note:<\/strong> when a library is connected, the agent will be limited to that context and will not be able to answer questions outside the selected content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-3-prompt-tab\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3 Prompt Tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Prompt tab defines how the agent thinks and replies. This is where you shape its tone, role and capabilities, and where you validate the configuration with live test messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"426\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16587\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-7.png 960w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-7-300x133.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-7-768x341.png 768w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-7-18x8.png 18w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-7-360x160.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-ai-prompt\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI Prompt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the left side of the screen, the AI Prompt area receives the instructions that govern the agent. A well-structured prompt typically declares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Role &#8212; <\/strong>who the agent is and what it is designed to do (for example, an exam preparation assistant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Capabilities &#8212; <\/strong>main functions or tasks the agent can perform (explain concepts, generate practice questions, deliver motivational support, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Tone and Style &#8212; <\/strong>personality and language style expected from the agent (patient, positive, formal, casual, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Rules and Interaction Examples &#8212; <\/strong>boundaries and short scripted examples that anchor the desired behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-test-your-agent\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test Your Agent<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel on the right side of the screen lets you test the agent in real time. Type sample questions in the <strong>Ask Something&#8230;<\/strong> field to validate the responses against your prompt. The <strong>Reset<\/strong> button clears the conversation and starts a new test from scratch. Use this loop to refine your instructions before saving and publishing the agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are satisfied with the configuration, click <strong>Save<\/strong> at the bottom right of the screen to persist the agent. <strong>Cancel<\/strong> discards the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-5-ai-reports\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. AI Reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Reports<\/strong> option of the AI section opens the <strong>Node Activity by AI Agent(s)<\/strong> dashboard, where administrators monitor overall performance and track the key metrics generated by the agents of the node. The available values are: All, [All Channels], Application, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, resx.Web, and Gmail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Agent &#8212; <\/strong>restricts the activity to a single agent of the node. Use the default value (All) to consolidate the metrics across every agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional filters (date range and others) are available through the three-dots menu on the right. Combine both filters to focus the analysis on the channel and the agent that interest you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"360\" height=\"379\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16593\" style=\"width:260px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-10.png 360w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-10-285x300.png 285w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-10-11x12.png 11w, https:\/\/www.tidwit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-10-24x24.png 24w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-5-3-key-metrics\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.3 Key Metrics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dashboard summarizes four high-level indicators of the activity, each shown as a KPI card with the current value and the total accumulated over all time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Published Agents &#8212; <\/strong>number of agents currently published and available to users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Conversations &#8212; <\/strong>number of conversations held with the agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Messages &#8212; <\/strong>total number of messages exchanged across those conversations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Tokens &#8212; <\/strong>number of tokens consumed by the language model; useful for capacity planning and cost control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selecting a card with the radio button on its upper-right corner refreshes the chart on the right side of the dashboard so it plots the evolution of that metric across the selected period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-5-4-top-10-users\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.4 Top 10 Users<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scroll down to the <strong>Top 10 Users<\/strong> report to identify the most active users of the agents, ranked by interaction time, inbound messages and tokens consumed. Click the name to open the user&#8217;s profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Email &#8212; <\/strong>email address associated with the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Interaction Time (d h m) &#8212; <\/strong>total time spent interacting with the agents, expressed in days, hours and minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Inbound Messages &#8212; <\/strong>number of messages the user has sent to the agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Tokens &#8212; <\/strong>number of tokens consumed by the user&#8217;s interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each column header includes a sort icon, allowing you to reorder the ranking by any of the available metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-6-notes-and-best-practices\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Notes and Best Practices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Always test an agent through the Chat option and through the Prompt tab&#8217;s <strong>Test Your Agent<\/strong> section before publishing it to end users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Use the <strong>Publish Date<\/strong> and <strong>Retirement Date<\/strong> fields to plan launches and to retire deprecated agents automatically, avoiding orphaned agents in the listing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Keep the AI Prompt structured (Role, Capabilities, Tone, Rules) so that the agent&#8217;s behavior is predictable and easy to maintain over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Monitor the Reports dashboard at least weekly to detect drops in adoption, surges in token consumption, or top users that may need additional support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Use the <strong>Channel<\/strong> filter to compare adoption across deployment surfaces (Application, WhatsApp, Web, etc.) and to detect which channels deliver the best results for each agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Administrator Manual &#8212; TIDWIT Platform 1.
