Role:<\/strong> Administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective:<\/strong> Configure when voucher expiration reminders are sent and which email template is used for each voucher state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open Voucher Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open the Voucher Settings page from the Ecosystem Vouchers administration area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The User Notifications section contains the expiration reminder configuration for voucher recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Enable Expiration Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select Send an email notification to the user to enable voucher expiration reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clear the checkbox when expiration reminder emails should not be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Configure the Reminder Interval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter the number that defines how long before expiration the notification should be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the time unit from the adjacent dropdown. The current interface example is configured to send the reminder 1 Day before expiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select the Email Templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choose the template used for vouchers that have already been claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Email Template for CLAIMED Vouchers: Select the notification template for claimed voucher codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Choose the template used for vouchers that have not yet been claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Email Template for UNCLAIMED Vouchers: Select the notification template for unclaimed voucher codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      In the current configuration, the selected templates are User: Claimed Voucher Notification Expiration and User: Unclaimed Voucher Expiration Notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Save the Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Review the notification interval and both selected templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
